Proper Cleaning Procedures:
Vacuuming - Pre-Vacuuming is necessary when not doing so, will have a negative impact on the end result.
Pretreatment -All carpets are pretreated with special agents, that breakdown and suspend soil (anything foreign to carpet) in carpet, for easier removal.
Pre-spotting - For the most difficult spots, we have a wide variety of professional spotting agents that are designed not to damage your fabrics or alter original color.
Agitation -This is necessary to allow for even distribution of the cleaning detergents to enhance the suspension of soil.
Rinse -The final step. Flushes out the fibers and removes soil.
Furniture Moving - Most furniture moved and replaced upon request. Furniture blocks and tabs are also provided.
